Before & after you choose

A design you love.
A file your artist can use.

Start with the composition, then talk through size and placement with your tattoo artist. Your purchase is digital artwork with a non-exclusive license.

1. Choose the composition first

Compare the outline and the amount of fine detail, not just the creature name. A compact motif and an elaborate full composition will need different treatment at tattoo scale.

These are starting points, not fixed placement or size recommendations. Ask your artist which detail can remain clear at your preferred size.

2. Choose one, five or twelve

Choose one design for $8.99, five for $29.99 or twelve for $59.99 (USD base prices; see checkout for the final total). The larger packs let you select the designs yourself.

Different file formats are exports of the same composition, not extra poses. Review your selected designs and the email address used for access before paying.

3. Open your purchase on your phone
  1. Open Library and sign in with the email address used for the purchase.
  2. Download the ZIP for the design you own.
  3. Use your device's Files or archive app to extract the ZIP, then open the extracted folder.
  4. Start with the preview or PNG. Keep LICENSE.txt with the files.

If a file does not open, confirm that the download finished and extract it before trying again. If your purchase is missing, check the email address and contact support with your order reference. Never send a password or sign-in code.

4. Pick the file for the job
Preview / MASTER PNG
Use the preview to discuss the composition; use the supplied master when your artist needs the artwork file.
TRANSPARENT PNG
Useful for placing the artwork over a layout without a solid background.
STENCIL PNG
A linework starting point for your artist to inspect and adapt. It does not replace their final stencil preparation.
PRINT-A4 / PRINT-US-LETTER PDF
Select the paper version that matches your printer. Check the preview and intended scale with your artist; “fit to page” can change the printed size.
VECTOR SVG / EPS
Use compatible vector-editing software when your artist needs paths. Check appearance after import before editing or printing; compatibility with every professional application has not been verified.
5. Take it to your tattoo artist

Discuss the final scale, placement and line weight. The supplied art is a starting composition; your artist decides how to adapt it for application.

The standard license permits buyers to have the design tattooed on themselves and permits tattoo artists to apply and adapt it for paying clients. The license is non-exclusive, so another buyer may use the same design.

Do not resell, publicly upload or repackage the digital files, use the artwork on merchandise or logos, or claim exclusive ownership. Keep the included LICENSE.txt as the complete terms for your design.

6. Understand the story and the product

These are original contemporary interpretations inspired by Chinese mythology. Positive themes such as courage or independence describe our interpretation; they are not claims that an ancient text assigned those meanings.

You receive digital files. No physical tattoo, temporary tattoo, custom design service or exclusive buyout is included.
